Hi,

I have recently had my 10th pregancy loss which ended as a ruptured ectopic. I ended up having both tubes removed as the other tube looked abnormal and I had requested this be done. I have Donor egg IVF and get pregnant every time. I have seen many Dr's all who think they can help me as I I think they see me as easy as I get pregnant every time, but I have yet to carry a succesful pregancy. I am now 49!. I have had many tests inclluding the "chicago tests" and quite a few others and nothing has ever shown as abnormal, I have had the KIR test which came back as absent but Im not sure how significant this is. I have had many different treatments including intralipids, LIT, steroids, clexane, and none seems to make any difference, I recently tried neupogen and I did get a much improved hcg rise (this is the consistent problem I have that my hcg never really gets off the ground and limps along then fades away) however this was the ectopic and doubling time was only every 4 -5 days however it was much better than it normally is. I am now wondering if it could have been the tubal problems that have caused my miscarriages or if I need to just give up! I am in the UK.

Thanks for your time

we should have a phone or SKYPE consultaton and let me review all of this with you. It is obviously a very complicated case and one that needs some time to review. I always feel as you know that I will have something to offer, or at least tell you it cant be done.

Thank you, how would I go about organising this and would this need to be a full consultation?
