Hi there, I am 33 and have 2 wonderful sons both conceived very easily.I have gone through two IVF cycles for GS, both ending in a chemical. After my first failed cycle, i conceived my second son. The last one was in August and a GSN normal girl embryo was put back, a low beta and then decreased. My pretesting, FSH 10.3, AMH, 9.72, baseline scan 10, 10 eggs were retrieved but only 5 mature. Out of 5, 2 normals, 1 boy and 1 girl. Protocol was long lupron, 300 gonal and 2 menopur. Can you advice me to what could be wrong, implantation, immune? Would i require to do the full immune panel? I am at a loss and don't know what to do from here. I would really appreciate your help. Many thanks.

Any failure of a genetically normal embryo to implant requires an immune workup. You are correct that this should be performed prior to any new cycles. There are conditions with you that can lead to losses after birth of a male fetus as well as inflammatory conditions in you that may need to be treated.

I would be happy to guide your workup for you. Feel free to call my office and schedule a telephone or skype consultation if you can not come to NY in person.
