I have had two miscarriages at exactly the same gestation. Fetal heartbeat was strong the day prior to fetal death. I have had a history of Graves Disease, Cronic Lyme Disease, elevated Killer Cells, MTHFR homogenous mutation and borderline low progesterone. I also had a blood clot in my uterus which bled for three weeks during the last pregnancy but cleared up 2 weeks before the miscarriage. Any advice? I am worried I will never have a baby.

You have clear immune issues as well as some thrombophilic issues. This needs a careful workup and management plan but most times can be successfuly treated. dont worry most in your situation do have a baby.
