Hi, i have had two miscarriages on the last two years, on both ocassions i had no problem whatsoever getting pregnant and the fetal development and first trimester markers were fine but at the 15week ultrasound the doctor detected no heartbeat, i didn't understand, everything was fine just two weeks before, they didn't identify chromosomal abnormalities in any of the products,I tested negative for infections associated with RPL and for antiphospholipid syndrome so i did not recibe aspirin or heparin, my antinuclear antibodies were positive at low titers 1:40 but i did not receive any therapy since no definite diagnosis was made. Thyroid test were ok on both occasions. I have had two successful pregnancies before, a 6 year old girl and a 4 year old boy ( the girl is from my first marriage), i had postpartum thyroiditis after my second pregnancy and received therapy for a year, my anti TPO antibodies were normal last time i checked, but i definitely have autoimmune Issues, my question is what at my chances of having a successful pregnancy if i receive immune treatments , i am from Mexico but i am more than willing to travel, also sorry for my english

Thanks in advance luisa

We have many cases such as yours and this is most likely immune related. This can be treated and you can have another baby, dont despair. Please call my office and schedule a consultation so I can get your detailed history and be sure to have all your records sent to me in advance or emailed. I very much look forward to helping you and am sorry for your losses.
