Dear Dr. Braverman,

We have just been told that we will miscarry our fourth pregnancy in the next few weeks. We are 5 yr ttc and we really need some advice. We conceived after 7months of trying and then m/c at 10 weeks(dated 6-7w). We then tried iui (no success) and ivf (twin pregnancy ended in m/c at 8 w). Then we went with Naprotechnology and we have conceived twice but both showing development slowing after 6w and then heartbeat stopping after this. We tried prednisolone, intralipids, low dose Naltrexone, liothyronine, strict anti-inflammatory diet, progesterone support and folate as well as triggering ovulation.

My question is do you provide treatment of immune problems without ivf? We have conceived ourselves 3 out of 4 times so I don't think we should have been told to try Ivf. I've had surgery to check tubes, endo and hysteroscopy and all clear.

Chicago bloods showed cytokine ratio of 46? Nk cells were 16% when last checked.

Kind regards.

Dr. Braverman
