I'm curious what your stance is on sexual activity during pregnancy. I've seen recent studies showing that semen can almost act like an immunological "innoculation," so it would seem that intercourse would be advantageous from that standpoint. But it's also not an uncommon recommendation, especially for someone with RPL, to abstain during early pregnancy or until the time of the previous loss.

sex prior to implantation is good as it is an immunologic activator for the generation of T reg cells. Sex once pregnant does not hurt or help as the antigenic stimulus for the immune system is taken over by the embryo.
