Any alternative solution for blocked fallopian tube?

Dear Dr. Braverman,

I am 39yrs and have been married for more than 5yrs and never has any pregnancy before.
Last year, my husband and I went to Fertility Specilist in Malaysia for Fertility test. The HSG result found out my right fallopian tube was blocked. The GYN suggested surgery as an solution.

We had been waiting for a baby for 3 years now. I do not wish to go through a surgery.
Dr. Braverman, do I have any other option?

yes of course, you could do IVF which will give you better results than tubal reconstruction at a lower cost.
