Are NIPT and immunotherapy compatible?

I am 12 weeks pregnant with IVF, and a history of recurrent miscarriages. Due to the recurrent pregnancy loss, my gynecologist, who is your international collaborator advised me to follow an experimental immunotherapy which consists on:

-10mg of prednisone daily
- .5ml daily of Granocyte 13 .5ml (Lenograstim) until week 12
- a monthly infusion of intralipids until week 12 or 16
Also, 4 months ago I had one single IVIG infusion

This pregnancy is going well so far, and it is time for the screening of Down Syndrome and other chromosomal abnormalities. My gynecologist recommended that I take the NIPT (Non invasive pregnancy test). However, at least in one of the brands (Nifty) their website indicates that immunotherapy causes inaccurate test results.
Immunotherapy is an unknown territory for most and it is being very hard for both, my doctor and me to find information about whether the specific treatment that I followed may affect the NIPT; whether any NIPT can be performed on me, and if so which brand.
I was hoping that due to your impressive experience with this you may be able to help us. I will be very grateful.
Kind regards

If the NIPT is a genetic study , we have been using a similar test here without problem. Is it that they havent confirmed it reliable in immune therapy patients or that they have actually found a problem. If it is the former then we are convinced it is useful based on our experience. Which clinic are you woriking with ?
