I was wondering if the following supplements and doses were okay during pregnancy and if not when I should I stop them prior to my FET in January?

CoQ10 - 600mg
Vitamin D3 - 8,000IU
Fish Oil - (4-6) 1200mg capsules per day - Carlson's Elite Fish Oil is the brand
Inositol - 4g per day

I am confused about the insoitol. I am taking that for PCOS as I can't seem to get any higher than 1000mg of Metformin without major GI issues no matter what I try. I just read though that it can raise cytokines? I am not sure what is the lesser of the two evils with regards to taking the Inositol for PCOS or not taking it because of the Cytokines.

Are the doses of these meds too much? I have elevated Cytokines which is why I am taking so much D3 and Fish Oil. I was taking CoQ10 for egg quality and then continued taking it but wasn't sure if it was okay to continue through pregnancy.

Thanks!

yes these supplements are safe for pregnancy , but the doses you are taking i.e. the Vit D and CoQ10 are higher than I normally recommend. Your entire history needs to be known for me to give you advice on what to take and how much. Whomever your doctor is should be guiding you on this. I would be happy to help you , feel free to call my office and they can schedule a consultation for you.
