Hello Dr. Braverman, Have you heard of the MAR pre/post natal test for autism? It is billed as a blood test for antibrain, autoantibodies which indicate whether a fetus/child are predisposed to having autism.

We are certianly well aware of these antibodies as an etiologic cuase of autism. I was not aware of any commercial company offering the testing and as yet do not know the specificity of this testing i.e. what is the likelihood if they are present you actually have a baby with ASD. I will certianly look into it.
