Average cycle # for Neupogen success?

Dr. B,
which cycle on average would you say is Neupogen most successful? Cycle 1, 2, or 3? I've talked to several Ladies across several Immunology forums and they have said that it seems to be more successful on cycle 2 or 3. Would you agree with this? Is there any reasoning behind it? Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. :)

we are analyzing that data now, I dont think that will turn out to be true when all the data is studied . But as we know that it does help to build tolerance so from a theoretical standpoint it would make sense, I just dont think our data will bare that out.
