After TTC for 4+ years, including two fresh ICSI and two FET cycles (all BFNs), we've decided to go down the route of full immunes testing. Having seen Dr Gorgy in London last month, the results are in. I'm totally baffled by though and even though I've had a follow-up, I'm left feeling bamboozled, scared, confused and worried about what it all means so would really appreciate some help deciphering them Thanks in advance for sparing the time to post.PAI-1 4G/5G POLYMORPHISM - HOMOZYGOUS MUTATED (4G/4G GENOTYPE)

[T-Cells] IgM+ = 5.2

[T-Cells] IgG+ = 99

[B-Cells] IgM+ = 1

[B-Cells] IgG+ = 77.8Dr G said my LAD results are the "wrong way round" and that this is very rare - that he's only seen three patients with this before. Apparantly they're what you'd expect to see in someone who has had multiple pregnancies and I've never been pregnant. See why I'm worried! What is this? What does it mean?

LAD is a very non speicific test it does not always give reliable information. There are many things that can react to the LAD including immune complexes that may simply be showing that there is an underlying immune disorder at the route of your problems.

The other testing such as DQalpha is too limited to draw any conclusions but the O505 with you is seen in women with underlying immune issues.

]You have some mildly elevated NK activity but that testing by itself gives you very limited information, so while it appears there is some underlying immune issue, you do not have enough data fora diagnosis and therefore for a treatmetn plan.

Ill be happy to help you with a complete workup as we can get our testing from the UK sent to us here.

If you want me to help you simply fill out our consult form on the website.

Thanks for your very prompt reply Dr Braverman. How much is a consultation and please explain how that would take place? Thank you. I have had the full array of immunes tests carried out and just posted a small number of the results in my earlier question. I can provide electronic versions of necessary to help you give your professional advice.
