Can LIT be of any assistance after previous issue-free pregnancies/births?

Dear Dr Braverman

Can LIT treatment be of assistance in circumstances where the partners have already had 3 children together? Is it possible for the antibody issue to only apply to certain embryos/pregnancies or to develop after previous births?

The LAD testing is not available in my country. We know that I have elevated NK cells and that we have a partial DQ alpha match. If there is a possibility that LIT could be of assistance we will include it for our next transfer (together with steriods, clexane, intralipids). However, if previous issue-free pregnancies/births means LIT Is not relevant, we will not.

Thankyou so much for your advice

Thankyou
TKK

LIT is of no value in your case. Neither is the LAD case. NK cells do not elevate for no reason and DQalpha mathcing is of no significance. It sounds like you are getting immune treatments without a clear idea of what your diagnosis is. I would be happy to help you clear this up .
