What do you feel are the advantages and disadvantages of day 5 CGH? Is it possible to do a fresh transfer on day 6 after CGH at your facility?

The data seems to show better results with freezing on Day 5 awaiting the results then replacing them with a frozen transfer as Day 5 blasts the following cycle. However I dont think the reduction in success is significant so we do both for our patients depending on their unique situations.
