Dr. Braverman,I am the patient in Southern California that you spoke to right after the conference last week. I really appreciate you contacting me. It gave me hope. I have made an appointment with you for Thursday, 11/8 in Woodbury. I wanted to make sure that you were still conducting business even though Sandy devastated NY.But I also wanted to make sure that you will be able to treat me remotely for my immune issues after seeing me in your office on 11/8 and that you will work with my RE for our next frozen embryo transfer. I am very encouraged about the information and recommendations I have seen on various infertility boards and am hopeful that you can help us achieve a live birth.

I have a long history of 11 miscarriages with my own eggs (all never making it past 8 weeks), and now 3 failed IVFs with donor eggs and a miscarriage at 8weeks on our 4th IVF with a new donor. I know I have APA and at last check, my NKs were low. We did Lovenox, PIO, Prog Sup, Estradial, Intralipids x2, Levothyroxin (because my thyroid went way up after hormones), Metanx (for my MTHFR dual mutations), aspirin, and lots of vitamins. And I even ate pineapple core (bromelain) to help implantation. And I still miscarried after having perfect lining, perfect uterus, great betas and US at 6w1d.

I plan on bringing our entire file and hopefully the results of the miscarriage tissue and my latest NK cell test. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do prior to our visit in order to give you a better starting point.I look forward to working with you.Respectfully,Wendy Miller
