Hi Dr. Braverman,
I had a couple questions on how to improve egg quality for fresh IVF cycles. I am a current patient of yours and have immune issues. I know that you have recommended a gluten free and dairy free diet to aid in this issue.
Do you have any special diet and supplement recommendations for patients to improved egg quality?
Also, I am overweight and would like to do the HCG diet a couple months before a fresh IVF cycle. I know that losing weight can also improve success rates. Do you see any problems with a strict low calorie diet and taking low dose HCG hormone to lose weight 2 to 3 months prior to a cycle?
I have read somewhere that the production cycle of eggs is 90 days prior to ovulation, so I am concerned if the dieting and hcg supplementation within that time frame would affect it.
thank you.

I am not a fan of hormonal assisted diets. I do like Mitochondrial enhancers to assist with egg quality(LEF supplement on www.doctormyatt.com) , try also the Maxi Greens.
wieght loss with excercise and diet still the best.
