Ectopic and failed IVF

Hi Doctor,
It has been 4 years since we started trying
here is a summary.
ME-32, DH-34#1
Jan 2010 started TTC when i was 28yrs and DH was 30
Surprise natural pregnancy
I never had a clue. Turned out to be cornual ectopic. near left tube. Emergency surgery.Left tube intact and only pregnancy removed.Advised to wait for 6 months.
Dec 2010. conceived naturally first month. Bleeding at 5 weeks. Ectopic on left tube.
Emergency surgery- left tube removed.Break for 1 year.
May2012.conceived naturally within 2 months. Slow rising HCG.Bleeding at 6 weeks. probably Ectopic .cannot figure out where.MEthotrexate twice to resolve. Surgey avoided.IVF only option.#4
Lupron and Menopur. Ovidrel trigger.Endometrin.
sperm motilty 50%, 11 million.-ICSI
HSG- right tube clear.
endomtrial biopsy for pelvic TB- negative.
20 eggs retrieved. 12 matured.10 fertilized. 4 become blastocyst. 2 frozen.2 perfect emryos transfered.
not successfull.#5NOV 2012:
PIO shots.
Slow rising HCG.Chemical/Ectopic. Resolved by itself.#6
Changed ivf clinic to more reputed one.
menopur, Follistim, HCG+lupron trigger
26 eggs retrived. No ICSI, Count was normal.16 fertilised.
2 perfect blastocysts transfered.2 frozen.
not successfull.

My feeling our embryos are good.Jsut my body rejecting it. Please advise..What would be your thoughts.

You are certianly young enough where it is likely the embryos are good, and I would begin to pursue implantation issues.
