Hi Dr. Braverman,

I was just wondering if you've heard from your patients that they experienced any side effects when starting the endo optimize supplements? I've been taking mine the last three nights and today I woke up feeling different than normal. I feel a little dizzy, weak, and a little more sleepy than normal. I take them around 9pm to make sure I have enough time to sleep off the melatonin. I'm not sure if it's the supplements or just an off day but was wondering if this is something you've heard of with the supplements? If it is the supplements, will my body adjust and the symptoms eventually go away?

Thanks!
Meghan

You should adjust. While the Melatonin is important , some do get the drowsiness you describe. If it doesnt go away then just go to 1 tablet per night instead of 2 and see how you feel. Good Luck.
