Day 19 of my cycle-had a sonogram due-lining was 5mm. I had blood tests this morning for FSH, estradiol, and progesterone. I have had 5 failed IVF's, 10 or more IUI's over the years...2 pregnancies-naturally conceived-1 was a miscarriage at 6 weeks, the other was an ectopic at 7 weeks-resulted in a left salpinjectomy. I have inherited thrombophilia-take 81 mg baby aspirin everyday. neg NK test..postive anit-sperm antibodies...

I have been at this since 2005, and am approaching 42 1/2 yrs of age. I have been doing acpuncture for 2 1/2 yrs...and changed my diet..and incorporating all natural foods, and supplements.

My lining got as thick as 10mm on an IVF cycle about 4 yrs ago...never thicker than that.

I have 2 ovaries, 1 right tube. HSG was normal on right side June 2011.

No RE has been able to diagnosis me or has become successful on an IVF or an IUI.

What could be the problem?

I was away so my previous answer was brief as I had a difficult time posting from my cell phone. the ectopic requiring surgery is many times a sign of an immune related issue as there are is significantly less aggressive immune response in the fallopian tubes than in the uterine cavity so many times in these patients the pregancies progress further in the tube than in the uterine cavity .
A negative NK test does not mean much as I would need to know subsets of these cells and the NKT levels as well. I would need therfore to see my own immune panel to give you a conclusion but Im sure I can at least give you some answers.
