Gluten free diet

If there is no personal history of celiac disease, is there any benefit to following a gluten free diet to help unexplained secondary infertiltiy? Especially while waiting for initial consultation with RI and testing? Or could following a gluten free diet before immune testing potentially alter results? Thanks in advance.

if they are not measuring all serum cytokines and all intracellular cytokine ratios , then I dont think it will matter. Overal you can never go wrong with being off gluten.
