Hi there Dr Braverman I am hoping you can help?

My story so far:

- My partner had a vasectomy over 20 and we had a failed vasectomy reversal
- 6 rounds of fresh ICSI using TESE sperm all negative cycles
- 7th cycle changed to donor sperm. Ended in chemical pregnancy
- Natural FET negative. I am sure I started to feel implantation and then my gums flared up and I got a throat infection and all my symptoms went

Throught my IVF years I have developed gum disease even though my oral hygiene is very good. I cannot seem to get rid of it even with my good dentist. Every time I have IVF it gets worse and I believe it is the cause if my constant fatigue.

My clinic to do seem to be very proactive with my treatment and I wondered if the gum disease could be a factor? I am 37 with an AMH 25 good response and number of eggs in each cycle. I have heard there is a blood test for elevated C reactive protein. Would having this test help me try and determined what could be going on?

I really do appreciate your help. I have one frozen donor sperm good quality 5 day blast left but don't want to waste it if there is something I can do to improve my chances.Kind regardsCourtneyUK
