We have just had double donor IVF and got a positive test result of hcg 194 (day 15 after egg collection) but our second test only shows hcg 304. That makes the doubling time 73 h.

We have a diagnosis of high TNF-alpha and low LAD. But my levels were ok before the transfer (TNF-a 25). I am treating this with IL drips (3 so far, last one yesterday), clexane, asprin and prednisone 25 mg.

Is there anything I can do to save this pregnancy?

Thanks Anna

I would certainly want to see what the levels are now that you are pregnant, and then you can make adjustments to your treatment meds. I always repeat the immune panel with the first positive test so we dont loose time in making adjustments. Im not concerned right now as the doubling of the first beta is many times off , I would like to see the next one however come close to 600. good luck! Im happy to help you if you need to be monitored in your first trimester, you would just need to call for a consult.
