Hi Dr Braverman, I am currently undergoing ivf and am about to have a blast transfer today. I have been on 65iu of neupogen (my weight is 60 kilos) since day 1 of stims. Yesterday my white blood cell count tested higher than I would like at 41000 and my doctor has recommended I stop neupogen for 2 days. When I recommence do you recommend a lower dose and would you be concerned regarding a count of 41000. I would do anything to get pregnant but obviously don't want to compromise my health. Thanks

Dr. Braverman

May I ask which center is treating you at this time? I am not concerned with that WBC but it is at the discretion of your clinic.
