How do I begin?

Hello Dr Braverman,
thank you for creating this place where we can ask questions. I am 41, never had any pregnancy that I know off- despite many years of trying. My first ivf (3 months ago) resulted in a low beta but positive pregnacy which didn't progress. I strongly believe I have issues stopping early implantation, after my embryo transfer I had painful arthritic hands, i had migraines and the feeling of a head cold. I don't usually suffer from any of these conditions. The problem I have is that I am in New Zealand and there is no belief in immunology testing. I am about to put myself through another ivf cycle with a freeze all outcome until I can find some help in having more comprehenisve testing before I consider continuing. At 41, time is not on my side and finances are very tight. We don't have any insurance cover over here and any ivf cylce is out of my own pocket. How can I have uterine NK cell testing from here and how would i be able to recieve any treatments? Any information you could provide me in response to my questions would be so appreciated, thanks Wendy
