How long should an intralipid infusion run?

I've heard different opinions on this, and was wondering what your thoughts are...some clinics run the intralipid infusions so they are done in just 1 hour, while others run them longer - between 3-4 hours. Mine are usually done in about 2 hours.

Is there any difference in effectiveness based on the time used to infuse the intralipids?
(i.e. is it better for the infusions to take longer?)

2 hours is the average time.
