Hello Dr Braverman.
Thank you for your blog. Its very helpfull!
My name is Berglind, Im 31 years old and i have endometriosis.
After 10 failed IVF treatments (1 miscarriage and 2 x hcg levels were to low) i had a uNK test done and it came back to be to high (CD56 was 467 per HPF).
My 11th IVF treatment with immune treatment (high doses of prednesolone and IVIg) was successfull and im now 13 weeks pregnant!
My questions is... How often do you give IVIg?
I had my 4th (30gr) and last dose 2 days ago. Do you think thats enough?

Thank you for your help

I would follow the blood immune profiles to make decisions about amount and duration of treatment. Without it I would just give a total of 4 doses.

Thank you for your answer.

I don have the option to have immune tests done at this time (live in Iceland).
I have had 4 times 30mg of IVIg so i should be ok but would it be harmfull to the baby if i would have another dose of IVIg in week 17 or 18?

Thank you
Berglind
