Hi Dr. Braverman,I posted this a few weeks ago but did not get an answer so I thought I would try again. Thank you for your help.I am going to do the Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA). Basically, I will be doing a mock cycle with a biopsy to test for gene expression and endometrial receptivity on the day of transfer.I am trying to understand if the immune medications I normally take – prednisone, Baby A, Lovenox, Neupogen, IVIG, antibiotics would affect the gene expression and the endometrium.Do all or any of these medications affect gene expression and/or the endometrial receptivity and should I follow the same immune protocol I would follow for a regular FET for a mock/ERA cycle? Many thanks, Dr. Braverman.

I have spoken directly with the lab that does this test. They have NO data on the effects of immune moduatlon on the validity of the test and do not recommend it for women on immune therapy.
