Implantation failure

Hi,
i was wondering if I could get some direction on what to do next. I am from the uk.

To summarize:
One missed miscarriage 2009
Undectable pregnancy 2009, laparoscopy confirmed not ectopic
successful pregnancy 2009, daughter born in 2010.

since then I have been trying since August 2011. The first pregnancy showed slightly on pregnancy stick but then started bleeding a few days later.
subsequent pregnancies/maybe chemical pregnancies do not show on pregnancy stick and only detectable via blood tests, I have had 7 of these in total.

full miscarriage screening showed no problems. Immune tests done show only a slight elevation of natural killer cells. But identified thrombophilia. Reproductive immunologist advised intralipid every two cycles and daily aspirin, and once I achieve positive pregnancy to start clexane, predisanolone and progesterone pessaries. The problem is I can't achieve positive pregancy even on daily aspirin and intralipid, I still have implantation problems. Some other blood tests I have done identified thyroid peroxidase level at 37.59 and eosinophils at 0.82. These tests were one as I have developed alopecia. But my specialist in london said these wouldn't affect me getting pregnant.

I wanted the specialist to put me on clexane and predisanolone during my cycle but he said that wouldn't make any difference and it wasn't the protocol to use those drugs in that way. So now I am confused. I still believe I have immune issues. I would be very grateful for any advice as I don't think I need ivf but that is the recommendation from the specialist now. Should I find a different specialist?
