Three things.

1. uterine abnormalities such as lining issues
2. male factor issues that were not identified
3. Implantaion issues related to immune problems(this is most likely).

How odd that it only posted half of my first sentence. Sorry, I'm not sure why that happened. Ok, lets try this again, lol.

We just had our 4th failure with donor embryos ( not all from the same set either)
My Dr ordered an APA panel which came back normal and a 2hr glucose which came back as elevated insulin ( 160) at the 1st hour. Treatment included 1500mg Metformin along with a Neupogen wash infused 5 days prior to the blast transfer and for the 4th time my hcg beta was

ok now your last portion got cut off , but the glucose you reported was high I did not see an insulin level. My answer is stil the same however and insulinresistance can lead to immune implantation issues so that may be one of the etiologies.
