Have you ever heard of doing intralipids with double the amount? (20%)
Would it be safe to do two infusions on the same day?

We typically use 20% intralipid as a one time dose over about 2-3 hours. Again I dont know your case and why you are using this medicaiton so I cant advise you on your need for this treatment.
