I read on one of your other questions that, because IVIG tends to raise the endogenous G-CSF level, its not normally necessary to use both neupogen and IVIG.

Is it normal to use both intralipids and neupogen e.g., for repeat IVF failure presumed to be due to NK cytotoxicity? Does intralipid increase the endogenous G-CSF level or is it only IVIG that does that?

thank you

only IVIG , ILs will only decrease NK actvity so good to use if NKa remain elevated.

thank you!

does intralipid help to reduce TNFa:Il10 ratio, or just NKa?
