Is it possible that I have been over suppressed with steroids

I am writing to you in my last ditch attempts of donor egg ivf before moving on to surrogacy. We have spent £100,000 trying to have a baby. As you can see from my profile at the bottom, I have had 6 chemical/early miscarriages (2 from own egg at 41/42 and 4 from donor).My miscarriage consultant in the UK diagnosed me with Very High Natural Killer cells (also th1/th2 ratio is very high) and put me on a treatment programme of 40mg of prednisolone and intrallipids. Prior to this I had four consecutive pregnancies. Since this treatment I have had four negative cycles despite good embryos (13 in total).I am totally baffled by what has happened. How could I possibly get pregnant twice with my 'old embryos' (very few to choose from) and now not able to get pregnant with young donor eggs with good blastocysts.Here are my questionsIs it possible that the steriods are over-supressing me and preventing implantation?Do you think Neupogen might help me?I don't really want to do surrogacy because I have already had to give up my genes, but I really am emotionally exhausted and I just can't take many more negative outcomes.We have the following frozen on day 52 x hatching blasts3 x expanded blasts1 x non expanded blastAny help whatsoever would be really appreciated.Kind regardsFiona--------------------Here's my brief details so far ..Me Age 45 DH 44 - MF and LORICSI#1 ARGC Nov08, 7 eggs, 6 emb, 3 blasts - BFP! BFN!!!!!(out of 9 fertilised eggs, we had four hatching blasts, 2expanded blasts and one none expanded blastocyst. All good enough to freeze

I am sure I can help you make this decision regarding a surrogae , but you will need to call me and we can do a SKYPE consultation so I can carefully go over your records and your history. You can call our office to scehdule and we will arrange this for you. There still may be other therapies or as you suggested removal of therapies that may allow you to proceed on your own.
