is it too late to be tested?

Hi,
I have had 4 miscarriages and I think am potentially pregnant again. I have been wanting to get tested for immunology disorders but haven't done it yet. Is it too late to get tested if I am pregnant? what should I do? does treatment have to be done before I get pregnant or can it start if I am already pregnant? Help please! Thank you!

no its never too late, although treating prior to conception is optimal we have good success at many points early in the pregnancy.
