Dear Dr. Braverman,

We've been considering our next course of action - our choices are;
-an unmedicated FET with our existing embryos (you had thought perhaps they might be post-mature based on the IVF records). This would be more complicated/costly as our embryos are in another state.

Or,

-A medicated IUI cycle. My concern is that the stimulation meds seem to trigger more NK activity/immune response. Is this true?

Both of these would be following your protocol of intralipids and levonox.
We are considering doing this soon - possibly next month - and are wondering what the timeframe is for the intralipid treatment - when do you start treatment in relation to a medicated IUI cycle?

Which of these choices would you advise, and when would the first intralipid treatment have to be in relation to the cycle?

Thanks as always - hope you had a good vacation!

yes an IUI cycle would be fine the minimal amount of stim would not aggravate the NK issue, you are correct that they can be aggravated(mostly cytokine elevation) with high doses of stim with IVF cycles . The Intralipids would be given at some point during your stim.
