IVIG?

Hello, I'm experiencing Secondary Infertility, I have PCOS and an Immunological issue. We've done 5 cycles of Clomid/IUI, Laporoscopy, Hysteroscopy, D&C, then 4 cycles of Femara/IUI, and 2 cycles of Gonal-F Injectables/IUI, now the next step is IVF. Due to my immunological blood work results listed below, my Doctor said I'll need to do IVIG along with the IVF. I'm a bit confused between autoimmune and alloimmune; based on my results below, can you please tell me which one I have and if you think IVIG is the correct step to take? I'm taking a few months off to lose some weight, do a lot of acupuncture and fertility massages before we proceed. Based on my issues, do you think it's possible to get pregnant naturally by doing acupuncture and Chinese medicine? Can they heal/correct these issues or should I just proceed with the IVIG?

- Reproductive Inmuno Phenotype: CD56+/16+NK-12.8 H and CD4T-helper: 52.8H

- Anti-Phospholipid Panel: AntiPhosEth - 24.59

- Embry Toxicity Assay: 30.0% H

I look forward to hearing from you. ~Thanks, Herlinda

Please see the diagnostic testing section on my website and you will see you dont have nearly enough information to make a decision about the use of IVIG. Your complete immune profile as well as your clincial history would be necessary , I would be happy to assist you with this
