dear doctor, I lost my babygirl at 33 weeks of preg.(naturally conceived, I was 39 years old), having no medical problems. At 33 weeks of preg. the scan showed no heart beat of my baby, next day I had an induced delivery, the baby had died 1 week before and I did not feel anything, I did not know the baby died. The necropsy could find no problem with the baby.Could you tell me what the reason of her death could be?
Maybe what happened next could help you to give me one idee why my baby died, please!
I was devastated for a long time, because I lost such a beautiful baby in the last part of my preg.
I checked my antiphos lipids, lupus factr V-all were okay, after the funeral. But I found anti TPO, so I got pills for my low levels of T3 and T4. With pills my T3 and T3 were okay, my TSH low(because the pills). I also found that I have less cortizol in the blood after synanctech test, so I took hydrocortison 20 mg each day. The dr. said that I can get preg., the only probl. could be my age in connection with the quality of the eggs. I could not wait so I tried 8 IUI-H, I got preg. after the first, but at 12 weeks there was no more heart beat, so I had a abortion at the hospital. The other iui-h were negative, so I tried 4 IVF-all negative. Each time I had 4 embrios, that got fertilized. Now I do not know why my naturally conceived baby died in my womb at 33 weeks, I had good t3 and t4 that time, but I did not measure cortizol, so I do not know if low cortizol could be the reason for the death. Now I want to move on to donor egg, but with my hidrocortizon pills and pills for t3 and t4 I do not know if it is enough, maybe I have other immune problems. Should a check again my fosfolipids, factor v etc, that were fine, could they be chanced over the years?
I do not know the reason for the past and what I must do before donor egg. Please give me an answer, if you can!
