To give you a bit of history I am 32 and have endometriosis. My partner has oligozoospermia.

We have undergone several ICSI treatments over the last 6 years.

The first resulted in a chemical pregnancy
The second was a miscarriage at 8.5 weeks
The third resulted in our daughter
The forth there was no implantation
The fifth there was no implantation.

As I have endometriosis (although I am unsure of the grade) it has been suggested to me that I take Letrozole with our next cycle, based on the findings of your work showing increased implantation rate in women with endometriosis who take 5 days of letrozole due to the absence of an integrin in the endometrial lining.

I just wondered whether you thought that seeing as prior to my daughter we had no problems with implantation (as such) this would be something that might be beneficial, or whether I am unlikely to lack this integrin based on my history.

Thanks

its not just the beta integrin but the deactivation of the aromatase enzyme that assists in implantation and this could have changed since your last child. I see no harm and only benefit. Good Luck.
