Leukocyte Antibody Detection

Hi there,

I have had the LAD test performed and have been advised to have 2 treatments of LIT. I have had 2 children previously.
What are your thoughts on LIT treatment?

Here is my results -

Flowcytometry *weak positive
Tcells IgM+ 1.0
Tcells IgG +41.0
Bcells IgM+ 18.5
Bcells IgG+ 52.8

I dont know your case but I dont think you need LIT. Based on both your clinical history and this positive LAD. You should type the antibodies and get thier levels and of course get a correct workup and management plan.
