Leukocyte Antibody Detection

Hi there,
I have had the LAD test performed and LIT has been recommended. I have 2 children already.
What are your thoughts on LIT?

My results -

Flowcytometry * weak positive

T cells IgM + 1.0
Tcells IgG + 41.0
Bcells IgM+ 18.5
Bcells IgG + 52.8

What are your thoughts?

you dont need LIT, but the postive LAD with 2 previous children does have me concerned that their may be complement fixing anti HLA antibodies against paternal genetics. In someone that has had children and has pos LAD(which yours is) this is a possibltiy and screening the antibodies that are present with a luminex platform test is clearly warranted here.
