I have high NKa and high cytokines. I have a good result with doing LIT. It actually works better than IVIG to bring both NKa and cytokines down. Are there any risks of getting multiple rounds of LIT every time I need to bring down my NKa? I know IVIG is fairly safe and I can use it whenever I am cycling. Can I do the same with LIT?

I agree LIT is a safe and excellent therapy, it allows you to build the protective antibodies against Paternal sensitized T cells. Although inconvenient to get, I find it very effective and safe. IVIG will give you similar results but it is passive , meaning you have to keep taking the infusions. However you dont have to go to Mexico to get it. There are other newer therapies as well for high NKa and elevated cytokines.
