Dear Dr Braverman

In your previous response you suggest Melatonin works well with many auto immune issues 3mg at bedtime would most likely be beneficail. Could you please elaborate more how Melatonin works. Would Malatonin be good for one who has TPO, TAb elevated with a history of losses.

What kinds of supplements do you recommend after successful conception?

My sincere thanks

Regards, nicole

We do not have a lot of data on these supplements once pregnant so we recommend that they be discontinued. Melatonin has many actons on the fertility system, I will post an excellent reference on all its interactions for you.
