Menstrual cramps after transfer

Hi Dr. Braverman
I had my transfer 3 days ago and everything went great. I began to get menstrual cramps the day before transfer and they have continued. Is it possible this still could have worked? I am starting to lose hope. These are the longest few days of my life. Thanks!

Please dont read too much into those symptoms many have and then have been pleasanlty surprised.
