Hi Doc,

What is the meaning of my result:Total NK Cell (CD3-56+) 21.6 % of lymphocytes (,12.0)

Acrtivated (CD 69+) CD56 'Dim' 12.7 x10exponent6/L (,12.0) comments: Total NK Cells elevatedAbnormal activated natural killer cell count

What is the usual protocol of this situation?

As I state here many times , there is no ability to generate a diagnosis , yet alone a treatment protocol when testing (most likely performed by someone with minimial knowledge of immunology) is so minimal. clinical history and full and complete evaluation of the entire immune system is required to guide you. Treatment based on the above is no better than guessing , which by itself could lead to failed pregnancy.
