Need to re-test after 3 years?

I had a complete reproductive immunology work-up 3 years. I have elevated, activated NK cells, thyroid antibodies, positive ANA, borderline antiphospholipid antibodies, abnormal lymphocyte antibodies, elevated plasminogen activator inhibitor, matching DQ gene with my former husband. I was never able to complete treatment for any of this as my husband unexpectedly ended the marriage.

I now have a different husband. My question is, do you think I need to repeat any of these immunology tests? They were very expensive. Just wondering if there is a need to repeat or if I should just go forward with the original protocol which included lovenox, prednisone, estradiol, progesterone, baby aspirin, calcium, folic acid, & robitusson. At this point I would likely combine the protocol with IVF.

Thank you very much !

I could never answer these questions without knowing your full history as matching on the DQ alpha gene alone is not a significant issue, I suspect much more going on as evident by your other findings. but if you came to me and did not want to repeat any testing I would need to see all of the first tests to decide what treatment would be best. I dont think this was just a matching issue.
