Neupogen and intralipids

Dr Braverman
My clinic are prepared to prescribe Neupogen for my next cycle but we are wondering about doing intralipids as well. My RFU bloods show my NK cells have very good reaction to the ILs and I have done ILs on previous cycles so we are reluctant to drop them but were wondering if you think they can be used successfully together or if you have any knowledge that they could work against each other?

First I cant give you recommendatons for your case as I am not familiar with it. Second the testing for the effectiveness of intralipids has no validity. I think its more important to know what your diagnisosis is then to give random treatments, elevation of the NK cells is a symptom to understand the proper treatement you have to understand the reason for the elevation. With that said in our center we have used the intralipids together with neupogen when indicated without problems.
