Woulc you please tell me the protocol, for using Neupogen to help improve lining in someone who has consistant thin lining due most likely to longterm (20+ years) use of birth control pill. Estrogen use has had no effect on improving lining.

There are many ways to try and improve liing and I do not beleive the use of the pill should be responsible for a thin lining. You should investigate the casue it would better guide the therapy. For neupogen we use 1 vial 300micrograms in 1ccNS usually on day 8 and then day 10 of estrogen priming.

Thank you.If you do the neupogen on day 8 and 10 then what day would the expected transfer be for a 5 embryo with a FET?

The schedule would not change based on the neupogen. Transfer would still be on the 5th day of progesterone for a day 5 blast.
