I have consulted with you before. I read that you recommend neupogen wash on CD8 and CD10.What happens if I decide to do neupogen wash on CD12 and CD14? I am dong FET and having a day 5 transfer.

Is there any risk to doing a later neupogen wash? Will the fluid in the uterus affect implantation in any way.
Thanks.

yes for that reason I try to do it earler also I like to know Ive had a good response before I start the progesterone phase in case I want more time for stimulation(only during an FET cycle of course where you have the option of waiting. ).

But I also have read that you do hcg wash right before transfer. Won't the fluid in the uterus affect implantation than?
So would you say that you would not recommend neupogen wash on CD12 and CD14 at all. Or maybe if I can manage to do one just one neupogen wash on CD12, would that be okay? I don't know if my FET will be delayed yet.

Thank you.

Its just that there is no data using neupogen so close. The HCG is infused with the same medium (tissue culture medium) as the eggs are trasnferred wtih , neupogen is infused with Normal Saline so its not the same. I dont think it would matter but have not data for it.

Hi Dr Braverman

What is the purpose of the neupogen wash? I have elevated CD57 cells in the uterus, and have so far have only been treated with neupogen injections, dexamethasone, intralipids, ivig, lovenox, ethinyl, vitamins etc.

Would this help, I have never fallen pregnant. Done 8 transfers to date.

Thank you.
ME: CD57 elevated NK cells

If you have never been pregnant after all this treatment , you should call me and we should review your entire history . Its better than taking stabs at the correct treatment.
