i know neupogen (GCSF) is being used by some reproductive doctors for miscarriage prevention up until 12 weeks. How exactly does this drug help prevent miscarriage and is it a safe drug for the fetus to be exposed to. Have you seen healthy babies born that used this drug in utero?
Kind regards

No I have not seen any harmfull effects from nuepgen in pregnancy and several studies have confirmed this. But what must be known is that many women that "need" neupogen usually have an underlying immune disorder that many times requires more than just neupogen and failure to correctly identify the underlying issue may lead to incomplete treatment and failed therapy resulting in early pregnancy loss or late pregnancy complications. Any patient considering the use of neupogen should do so only under the direction of a trained reproductive immulogist and have a correct diagnosis and treatment plan for their specific disorder.
