I cannot seem to find much information on neupogen washes and was wondering if you were still using them in some of your treatment plans and if you are still seeing the promising results that were being seen in early trials.

I've seen it recommended at cd8 and cd10, why twice and how mnay days before transfer should the last one be done and still be effective?

Thanks and hope you're having a good weekend

I still see promising results, and try to get both in prior to the start of progesterone stimulation, I may forego the second dose if I see a good response from the first.

Thank you for your reply. One more question. Do you see value in the neupogen wash if there is no lining thickness issue. My lining is always around 12 , could neupogen still be beneficial or do you only use it for poor lining thickness.
I have a consult later this month so I look forward to speaking with you then.

I only use it for lining issues at this point.
