Can NK cell uterine biopsy been done anywhere in the cycle?
Originally I was told it had to be done 10 days after ovulation whereas now I've been told it can also be done in the follicular phase?
Whats your professional opinion?
If I've been on prednisone previously (20mg for a 5-6 week period) how long should you wait being off steroids to get an accurate NK cell biopsy results?
Your opinion is greatly appreciated

where is the analysis being performed? As a rule it should be 10 days post ovulation as that is where most of the data is. Its also important to understand that this is only one small piece of information if you are trying to look for an immune etiology for pregnancy loss or IVF failure.
